VINEYARDS: owned by the Marino Company, espalier type  

GRAPES: Aglianico 70% Piedirosso 30%  

SOIL: Calcareous-Clayey  

ALTITUDE: 150 m asl 

TRAINING FORM: guyot  

FERMENTATION: at controlled temperature 28°C 

AGING: in oak barrels of 20 hl for about 10-12 months. 

SIGHT: deep ruby red color with purple reflections, abundant bows and slow. 

NOSE: refined, ample, fine and fragrant. They are perceived with discretion   hints of hazelnut, undergrowth and wild flowers  

TASTE: velvety, rich, intense, persistent, harmonious  

FOOD PAIRINGS: for its particular aroma it is indicated with  roast red meats, aged mountain cheeses and various cold cuts  

SERVING TEMPERATURE: it is served at a temperature of 22°C 

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12.50 %
