VINIFICATION: Hand selection of grapes on the vine. Destemming. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 17°C. 24-48 hours of skin contact maceration. Settling and cold stabilization to avoid the use of fining agents (using renewable energy). Bottled in February.
COLOR: Vibrant, bright pink color with a lively and radiant hue. NOSE: Very fine and pleasantly aromatic, with dominant notes of wild strawberry and a hint of ripe apricot.
PALATE: Harmonious and fresh, with a pleasant almond aftertaste that lingers on the palate..
PAIRINGS: Pairs well with appetizers, white meat, mixed fried dishes, medium-aged cheeses.
