GRAPE VARIETY: Fiano 70% Malvasia 30% 
SOIL: Clay-limestone

ALTITUDE: 150 meters above sea level
VINE TRAINING: Guyot
VINIFICATION: Hand selection of grapes on the vine. Destemming, gentle pressing. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 17°C. Settling and cold stabilization to avoid the use of fining agents (using renewable energy). Bottled in February.
COLOR: Pale straw yellow with prominent greenish reflections, crystal clear.
NOSE: Intense and delicate, with fruity notes complemented by hints of broom and almond.
PALATE: Nicely acidic, savory, full-bodied, and well-balanced.
PAIRINGS: Ideal with aperitifs, fish starters, raw fish, and pasta dishes with fish-based sauces (without tomato). Also pairs well with mixed fried seafood.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10/12°C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12.50%
RESIDUAL SUGAR: 1 g/L
